wouldn't overheating the web only get you 13km on it? with decent missiles skills you can orbit at 17-20km and still be able to hit/damp/scram them... wouldn't be able to web them unless you had a faction web on... and you just make sure you don't...

they might not call you primary right away, but for the most part i think ppl aren't too scared of drakes because most of the time they're not gonna scram you, not gonna web you, and not gonna do scary damage where they need to take you out right ...
